Technology and know-how
A skilled workforce, high technology and certified work methods are the key at Varesina Stampi to a high quality production and capacity at European level. All our work procedures are carried out of an internal production line which allows for a direct quality control of the production. The plant can also count on operational support from other plants in the group, when necessary, (heat treatment, machining, finished gears) thus obtaining fully integrated production with a uniform quality.
The application of this philosophy throughout the group, crucial for development and high performance, is guaranteed by the Pozzi Family who are directly present at every operational and decisional level. This traditional involvement of the family has favoured the human relationship it has with the workforce who play a full part in the continued renewal of the company's know-how.
