Quality assurance
Optimum quality is our objective at each stage of our production process. Varesina Stampi has Quality Assurance certification at every stage of its production including that fundamental “Customer Service”, in which, our own Sales Department is considered to be a customer and key-account as well. It is our conviction that the producer should be able to supply quality guarantees at every stage of its activity.
Each production stage at Varesina Stampi, therefore, is based on System certifications:
- ISO 9001 (quality)
- ISO 14001 (environment)
- ISO 45001 (occupational heath & safety)
and based on Product certifications:
- DB (forgings for railway applications)
- Lloyd’s register (forgings for naval applications)
- DNV (forgings for naval applications)
Each production unit has its own Quality Assurance service which rigorously supervises each stage of the production process in a highly precise manner. Our in-house research laboratory is capable of supplying, at the request of the customer, a certified copy of all product analysis carried out, technological and metallographic examinations, destructive and non-destructive examinations.
All our production units produce exclusively to customer specifications and are TÜV (Technischer Überwachungs-Verein) approved. The result of these procedures is the conviction which has been confirmed in practice that we are able to propose a service and products which live-up to the expectations of even the most demanding of our clients.
